What changed this week

Issue 1 · September 29, 2026

  • AI helpers that work for you: 9 updates
  • Tools for building with AI: 5 updates

What a playbook gives you

  • One job, one page. Answering the calls you miss, quoting, following up, chasing invoices, asking for reviews. Each playbook takes one of them.
  • Who runs it, and how long it takes. The short version at the top says who does the job, when, and how long it takes to set up.
  • Words you can copy and paste. A prompt for the assistant you already use, and a note on what to leave out of it.
  • One number to check. Each one names the number that tells you it worked, and when to look at it.

What this means for your business

  • One job at a time. Set up the playbook for the job that’s slipping most. Add the next one once the first is a habit.
  • You read it first. Anything a customer sees, from a text back to a payment reminder, you check before it goes.
  • Be straight with customers. Callers and customers should always know when they are talking to an assistant.
